Terms and Conditions for EASYPREP Ltd

Welcome to EASYPREP Ltd, trading as EASYPREP. By accessing or using our website (easyprepfood.uk), purchasing products, or interacting with us via Instagram (@easyprep_co) or Facebook (@easyprep.ltd), you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Information
1.1. EASYPREP Ltd provides meal preparation services, delivering ready-to-eat, pre-portioned meals tailored to your dietary needs.

1.3. These Terms govern all aspects of our services, including purchases, subscriptions, cancellations, and deliveries.
2. Orders and Payments
2.1. Orders are placed via our website. Payment is required at the time of purchase through secure payment gateways.
2.2. Orders must be placed by Friday, 11:59 PM to receive meals on the next delivery day: Sunday for local deliveries and Tuesday for nationwide deliveries. Orders placed after this deadline will fall to the subsequent delivery cycle.
3. Delivery
3.1. Delivery Options:
- Local Deliveries: Sundays
- Nationwide Deliveries: Tuesdays
3.2. Ensure that your address details are correct. EASYPREP is not responsible for failed deliveries due to inaccurate or incomplete information.
3.3. Upon delivery, meals should be refrigerated immediately and consumed according to the provided storage and consumption instructions. Meals that will not be consumed prior to the use by date should be frozen at the soonest convenience before the use by date. Before consuming allow the meals to fully thaw out in the fridge and then reheat to piping hot.
3.3. Customers who fall under our National Delivery Service ar expected to have to freeze a certain amount of days of their meals that they wont consume before the use by date. This is due to EASYPREP Ltd not using any presevatives in their meals, meaning by law can only use a shorter use-by-date.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1. To cancel an order and receive a full refund, you must inform us by Friday, 19:00 PM prior to the delivery week. Cancellations made after this time will not be eligible for a refund.
4.2. Cancellations can be processed by contacting us at team@easyprepfood.uk.
5. Refunds and Returns Policy
5.1. As our meals are perishable, we cannot accept returns.
5.2. If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, notify us within 24 hours of delivery at team@easyprepfood.uk with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
5.3. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
6. Allergies and Dietary Preferences
6.1. EASYPREP meals are prepared in facilities handling allergens, including nuts, gluten, and dairy. We cannot guarantee meals are 100% free from cross-contamination.
6.2. It is your responsibility to inform us of any severe allergies during the ordering process.
7. Subscription Management
7.1. Subscriptions can be paused, modified, or canceled through your account dashboard. Changes must be made by Friday, 11:59 PM to affect the upcoming delivery.
7.2. Failure to pause or cancel before the cutoff will result in charges for the next order cycle.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. EASYPREP is not liable for any adverse effects resulting from the consumption of our meals, especially if allergens are involved.
8.2. While we strive for accuracy, minor variations in meal portions and macros may occur.
9. Privacy Policy
9.1. Your data is processed in compliance with UK data protection laws. Visit our Privacy Policy for details on how we use your information.
10. Modifications
10.1. EASYPREP reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Messaging Terms & Conditions
General
When you opt-in to the service, we will send you a message to confirm your signup.
By opting into messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from EASYPREP. Automated messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate.
Message frequency varies, and additional mobile messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with EASYPREP. EASYPREP reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages. EASYPREP also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number or alphanumeric sender where messages are sent
Your usual message and data rates may apply. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your mobile provider. Your mobile provider is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Cancellation
Messages will provide instructions to unsubscribe either by texting STOP or through an included link. After you unsubscribe, we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and no more messages will be sent. If you would like to receive messages from EASYPREP again, just sign up as you did the first time and EASYPREP will start sending messages to you again.

Transfer of Number
You agree that before changing your mobile number or transferring your mobile number to another individual, you will either reply “STOP” from the original number or notify us of your old number at team@easyprepfood.uk. The duty to inform us based on the above events is a condition of using this service to receive messages.
